Return Policy

  • If you have purchased items in store, they can be returned if the items remains sealed and un-opened. Please remember to bring your receipt with you if this is the case.

 

  • Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 30 days. After the 30 day period, regardless if package is unopened, returns/exchanges will not be processed.

 

  • If you have purchased items online, items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. The items must be sealed, un-opened, and carefully wrapped. Once we have received the items and confirmed that they are in the same condition in which the package was sent, a refund will be issued for the purchase. All return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the return delivery date for the refund to be processed.

 

  • If your order has been shipped out, refunds are only eligible once the item arrives at your location and it is returned in the same condition it arrived, unopened. 

 

  • You can request a refund at any point up until your order has been shipped. Once shipped, please read above for what you can do next. 

 

  • We are not responsible for any damage or missing items incurred from transit. We carefully check items for external damage before shipping.

 

  • For Pre-Orders, album versions are random. Therefore, specific versions are not guaranteed. Please take note of this before purchasing! 

 

  • We are not responsible for any internal damages or missing items that happens within the album (photocards, photobook, etc.) as we have no access to the contents within an album. 

 

  • Bubble wrapping, cardboard boxes, and firm taping are used to make sure nothing arrive with any damages. However, damages during transit are unpredictable. For any package with external damage that incurred during transit, contact USPS directly to file a claim. 

 

  • If your order fails to deliver and is then resent back to our location, after confirming we provided the correct address, there will be a 15% restocking fee as well as additional shipping to be charged for redeliveries. Please let us know if you have any questions.

 

  • For specialized items within "Mystery Boxes", items are ineligible for return or refunds.
